Teamwork Ministries strongly believes in practical ways of assisting the indigenous nationals out of poverty. This will include a Bible School for Church planting. The Leadership Training Center will equip the people of Tanzania with the skills to break the cycle of poverty, teaching financial principles, micro-financing, time management, goal setting, administration, and mind management. Equipping national leaders is one of the crucial factors in achieving success in the battle of HIV/AIDS discussing culturally relevant and appropriate solutions. The Center will also meet community needs and health education including AIDS prevention, nutrition, and hygiene.

Skills that will be taught are:

• Biblical principals of excellence, integrity, and good stewardship

• Equipping Pastors to plant churches in surrounding areas

• Micro-financing - starting small culturally effective and efficient indigenous businesses.

• Home economics

• Sewing

• Mechanics

• Basic computer skills

• Agriculture

• Animal husbandry

• Masonry

• Carpentry
