Teamwork Bible College International (TBCI) is the largest represented Bible College in the Indian Ocean and has established over 350 distance education centers worldwide, with locations on five continents in 50 nations. TBCI is training, equipping and mobilizing God’s people for effective ministry. Some of our schools can even be found in places of intense Christian persecution. These education centers are operated and supported almost entirely by local churches that endorse a college-level practical Christian education program using Teamwork’s curriculum.

Teamwork Bible College International is rapidly expanding. In May, 2004, Teamwork South Africa graduated the largest number of Bible university students ever in South Africa, with over 700 graduates.

Teamwork Bible College International began as a vision of founder and President Dr. John N. Chacha. The mission of Teamwork is to train, equip and mobilize students, pastors, and leaders by empowering them with practical Christian education. This instruction gives students the potential for effective Christian ministry. Through Teamwork’s distance education, schools in America and abroad can be equipped with curriculum and expertise needed to operate extension campuses.

Teamwork Bible College International is an accredited university under the Worldwide Accrediting Commission, the Apostolic Council of Educational Accountability, and the Accrediting Commission International (ACI). ACI, is an international accrediting commission that holds as its primary objective the encouragement and maintenance of sound scholarship and the highest academic achievement in the area of private schools, colleges, and theological seminaries.

These accreditations give assurance that Teamwork offers programs meeting national and international standards of excellence. These standards include appropriate academic criteria, a fair grading policy, proper evaluation of all students, recognition of external degree programs, and a constant search for improvement. Teamwork Bible College International is authorized by the Department of Higher Education, Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, to grant degrees by religious exemption.
